We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in 1987 by the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce (now the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce). Our program graduates are proven leaders in business, government, and nonprofit sectors of Northern Virginia.

Together we are building a stronger community. We offer numerous chances through both our programming and events for your organization to support our efforts.
