Goals of the Lifetime Leaders Program

To recognize and enable your unique lifetime leadership potential in the greater Fairfax County community. As a cohort we will:

• Explore the concept of Lifetime Leadership
• Understand the nature of Fairfax County Government and community collaborations
• Define passion and purpose for community service and volunteering
• Identify opportunities for civic engagement
• Establish a personal network of community-minded colleagues
