Join us for an engaging session that explores the role of artificial intelligence in your business ethics, operations, and leadership. This isn't about jumping on the AI bandwagon—it's about making intentional, values-aligned decisions that amplify your expertise and strengthen your competitive position. Facilitated by Veronica Lawrence-Ortega and Jeff Marquez.
What You'll Explore
Amplify Your Expertise with AI - Discover how AI can enhance your existing strengths rather than replace them. We'll examine practical ways to leverage AI tools that complement your team's knowledge and capabilities, helping you deliver greater value to clients and stakeholders.
AI Risk Calibration Assessment Framework - Learn to identify areas ripe for enhancement by asking critical questions: What is your value proposition for AI use? Are your process flows clean? Are you leveraging innovation? What is the risk of being wrong? We'll guide you through evaluating where AI can have the most significant impact in your organization.
Practical Implementation Considerations - Address the real-world questions every leader faces: Is there a budget for AI implementation and adoption? What can you automate without losing your edge? We'll discuss how to accelerate thinking by leveraging AI thoughtfully, ensuring you maintain the human elements that differentiate your business.
Building Your "Extended Mind" - Explore how AI can serve as an extension of your organizational intelligence—capturing knowledge, streamlining decision-making, and enhancing planning without compromising your unique insights and judgment.
Values-Aligned Integration - This session emphasizes the critical importance of alignment: Where do your organizational values intersect with AI use? We'll examine how to maintain the fundamentals that define your success—mission, vision, values, and goals—while embracing innovation. Learn strategies for securing employee buy-in, managing expectations, fostering commitment, and ensuring AI adoption supports your succession planning and long-term sustainability.
Walk away with a framework for conscious AI adoption that respects your organization's identity while positioning you for future growth.
