LEADERSHIP FAIRFAX ANNOUNCES 2006 GRADUATES

VIENNA, Va. – Leadership Fairfax Inc. (LFI) held a joint commencement ceremony for the Leadership Fairfax Signature Program Class of 2006 and the Emerging Leaders Institute Class of 2006 on Thursday, June 8, 2006 at Westfields Marriott in Chantilly, Va. The ceremony featured civic change expert Dr. Suzanne Morse as the keynote speaker.

Leadership Fairfax’s Signature Program Class of 2006 is the 19th class to complete the leadership program. The Signature Program is a comprehensive 10-month program with a curriculum built around community issues and skill development. The Emerging Leaders Institute (ELI) Class of 2006 is the fourth class to complete the program. ELI is a nine-month program built around four pillars: skill building, mentoring, community service projects and community board service.
