In addition to offering its two leadership programs LFI and the Emerging Leaders Institute ELI, Leadership Fairfax has created a third pillar of service and has extended itself further by engaging its leaders to make Fairfax the best community for all. 

The SERVEFairfax program was developed with the objective of connecting Leadership Fairfax Alumni to invest their skills and talents to passionately serve our county’s nonprofit community.
