Part of LFI’s mission is to enhance the quality of leadership within our community. This means helping our alumni and other local leaders engage in the continuing development of skills and perspective in their role as a leader, or what leadership expert Stephen Covey calls “sharpening the saw.” To fulfill that need, LFI presents Leadership Briefings several times yearly for LFI alumni and other interested individuals. These “quick hits” of learning offer cutting edge ideas, research and practical approaches to assist us in bringing out the very best in the people we lead.
