Leadership Fairfax's two programs, ELI and LFI, build a continuous pool of informed and enthusiastic leaders in the municipal, business and nonprofit sectors and are an investment in the positive future of the region. Each 10-month program brings together approximately 40-50 diverse leaders representative of the community--the for-profit, nonprofit and government sectors. Partial scholarships enable participation by those individuals who need financial assistance in order to pay the program tuition. These scholarships are critical to Leadership Fairfax's commitment to class diversity  community leadership.
