About Us

LFI and ELI students and alumni are admitted to the program because they are special. Our goal is to take those unique individuals and make them better. This is done through a series of classes/workshops taught by leaders (and often former LFI/ELI graduates) designed to boost the leadership quotient in all our students.

The nine-month LFI/ELI learning experience is enhanced by tremendous talent who donate their time to help us train tomorrow’s leaders. Our LFI “Adjunct Professors” come from all areas of the business globe and impart their unique perspectives to our classes. Whether it’s doing business in the global economy, or how to recognize and bring out the leader in all of us, these people/businesses represent the top 1% of Fairfax business leaders.
